Cairo Criminal Court considered Sunday retrial of "Cabinet incidents" defendants over charges of crowding, sabotaging public and private facilities, disruption of public utilities and possession of knives, Molotov Cocktails and drugs,Al Bawaba News reported. On the other hand, Port Said criminal court resumed Sunday the trial of 51 defendants, in the case publicly known as "Port Said prison case", Al Bawaba News reported. The defendants are accused of killing police personnel and inciting violence against civilians, as well as endangering the safety and unity of the society. Administrative court scheduled to Sept. 8 the case calling for revoking religious cleric Mohamed Gebril's nationality. The same court decided Sunday to refer the appeal of prominent Egyptian football player, Mohamed Abu Treika, against freezing his assets, to State Commissioners Authority to consider his file.
