The Iraqi army and U.S.-led international coalition killed 110 Islamic State (IS) militants in Anbar province, Al Bawaba News reported Sunday. Security sources said that the Iraqi army conducted airstrikes on IS sites in Ramadi city, killing 10 militants. The Sources added that the coalition launched airstrikes on IS in Al-Qa'im District, killing 100 militants and wounding 30 others. Since 2014, Anbar has witnessed fierce clashes between Iraqi military forces and IS militants, who seized control of the province.
