Dokki Misdemeanor Court sentenced the Salafist fugitive preacher, Mohamed Abdel Maksoud, to three-year in prison in absentia on Tuesday, according to Aswat Masriya news website. The Salafist leader is accused of inciting violence through a video publised on Youtube. Abdel Maksoud had published footage on Youtube in November 2014, inciting his supporters to target the police and army. He also insulted President Abdel Fatah Al Sisi. Lawyer Samir Sabry filed a lawsuit against the Salafist preacher, accusing him of inciting against the security and military forces from Qatar and insulting Egypt's President Abdel Fatah Al Sisi.
