Bomb disposal officers defused Saturday an explosive package at Al Sadr hospital in Minya, Upper Egypt. No causalities have been reported.
Security authorities received reports over an explosive package at the hospital, causing widespread panic among employees and patients.
The hospital was evacuated, as Bomb disposal officers defused the package, and scanned the surrounding area for other potential threats.
