Egypt to play Ghana, Ivory Coast in UAE
Pharaohs agree to play in a friendly tournament in the United Arab Emirates in January

Egypt will play friendlies against Ghana and Ivory Coast on 10 and 14 January in Abu Dhabi.
“The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) has approved the friendlies offer,” EFA vice-president Hassan Farid was quoted as saying on the association's official website.
The winners of seven African Cup of Nations trophies will not play a competitive game until March when they host Zimbabwe in a qualifier for the 2014 World Cup.
