Egypt coach confirms offer of friendly against Ghana
Assistant coach announces that the Pharaohs have received a formal offer from an international company to play a friendly against Ghana

Egypt assistant coach Diaa El-Sayed has confirmed to Ahram Online that the national team's technical staff received a formal offer from Matchworld Group, a match-organiser company, to play a friendly against Ghana in the United Arab Emirates on 13 January.
Ghana Football Association official told Ghanasoccernet that the GFA are unaware of this claim by the Pharaoh's coach.
Ahram Online phoned Egypt assistant coach Diaa El-Sayed to confirm or deny the Ghanasoccernet.com claims.
"We received a formal offer from Matchworld company to play a friendly against Ghana next January," the Egypt assistant coach announced.
"We don't know the Ghana FA have been informed by the offer or not; it's not our mission," he added.
"The Egypt technical staff agreed the offer as Ghana national team will be a great preparation for the 2014 World Cup qualifier."
The Pharaohs, under the helm of American manager Bob Bradley, will not play a competitive game until March because of the halt in domestic football after February's Port Said tragedy. Egypt will host Zimbabwe in a qualifier for the 2014 World Cup in a first competitive match.
