Red Devils manager Hossam El-Badry blames alleged miscall by referee for team's 2-0 Champions League defeat at hands of Mazembe on Sunday

Ahly boss Hossam El-Badry said the referee had a hand in his side's 2-0 loss to DR Congo's TP Mazembe in Sunday's African Champions League after allowing a controversial goal to stand.
Tanzanian forward Mbwana Samatta opened the scoring for Mazembe three minutes into the second half when he headed home after Ahly keeper Sherif Ekramy appeared to have a fumbled a cross. Television replays were inconclusive as to whether or not there had been any physical contact between the two men.
"We were unjustly treated by the referee who helped Mazembe win the game,'' El-Badry told Ahram Online.
Ahly and Mazembe have ten points each on top of Group B. They had already qualified for the semi-finals with one game to spare.
The Red Devils now have to beat Cairo rivals Zamalek and hope Mazembe do not overcome Chelsea in their last game to advance as the group winners, as the DR Congo side enjoy a better head-to-head record.
The two teams are looking to finish on top to avoid a tricky last-four clash against holders Esperance de Tunis, the tournament's best performing team so far.
''The referee's controversial decisions put my team in a critical situation as we lost the opportunity to lead the group. We have to wait for the results of the last group-stage games in a fortnight," El-Badry added.
El-Badry also said that the absence of several key players had affected his team's performance against Mazembe.
Attacking midfielder Mohamed Barakat and left-back Sayed Moawad both missed the game due to suspensions, while defender Mohamed Naguib and strikers Fabio Junior and Emad Metaab were both sidelined due to injuries.
