Seasonably cold weather expected across Egypt through Tuesday

Egypt's Meteorological Authority predicted seasonably cold temperatures during the day Sunday through Tuesday, with even colder temperatures at night.
On Sunday, some northern coastal areas, parts of the Delta region and central Sinai will experience low- and medium-level clouds and rain.
Warmer weather is expected to return across Egypt on Wednesday.
Meteorologists also expect a morning fog that might affect visibility on Egypt's roads in the coming three days.
Active winds are also expected for Cairo on Sunday.
Winds are expected as well in northern coastal areas, the Sinai and Red Sea governorates, affecting maritime navigation.
Waves between 2 and 2.5 metres high are expected in the Mediterranean, and between 1 and 1.5 metres in the Red Sea.
The ports of Sharm El-Sheikh and the fishing port of West Port Said were closed on Saturday evening due to bad weather.
Egypt has witnessed unstable weather over the past few weeks, including heat waves, sandstorms and rainfall.
On Sunday, Cairo is expected to see a high of 20 and a low of 13 Celcius, while Alexandria will see a high of 19 and a low of 12.
Daytime temperatures in Aswan and Luxor will reach 22 Celsius, while at night they will drop to 11 and 10 degrees, respectively.
The tourist city of Sharm El-Sheikh in South Sinai will enjoy a high of 22 and a low of 17, while the cities of Hurghada and Saint Catherine will experience highs of 21 and 11 degrees respectively, and lows of 15 and 6.
The average high temperatures in Egypt during the winter month of February hover around 20.8 degrees Celsius with lows of 9.2.
