Egypt winger Elmohamady, Hull City back to Premier League

Hull City winger Ahmed Elmohamady made his English Premier League return Saturday after his side beat Sheffield 1-0 in the Championship play-off final.
The Egyptian international played the full 90 minutes to contribute to Hull's third promotion to the top flight in the last eight years.
The Tigers have become the 20th team to gain promotion straight back to the Premier League having been relegated last year before bouncing back this term, according to Opta Joe.
Midfielder Mohamed Diame scored the winner against Sheffield with an unstoppable long-range shot on 72 minutes.
Elmohamady, who initially joined Hull on loan in the summer of 2012 before becoming a permanent member of the team a year later, has made 44 appearances and scored three goals this year with the Hull.
The 28 year-old Elmo, as he is popularly known, has been an integral member of Hull's squad ever since helping the club seal Premier League promotion three years ago.
Hull ended the English Championship season in the fourth place, 10 points behind champions Burnley and four ahead of fifth-placed Derby County.
Elmohamady kicked off his overseas career in 2010, joining Sunderland on loan from ENPPI before signing a permanent deal with the English side the following season.
