CAIRO: Dozens of members from the Social and Popular Alliance Party and Maspiro Youth Union staged a march on Friday November 11 after gathering outside St. Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Al-Abasseya district in Cairo, to memorialize the martyrs who were killed in the Maspiro clashes. Several members of the Alliance Party listed on the proportional representation list for the parliamentary elections are participating in the March to memorialize the Egyptian Muslims and Coptic Christians who were killed during the clashes. Clashes broke out between the Egyptian Coptic Christians and the Army Forces on September 9, one of the Party's candidates Ahmed Adel Wahab said. The march will move towards Tahrir Square at 5:00 P.M. where certain public figures will give speeches about the political situation in Egypt.
