Egyptian presidential candidate Amr Moussa called upon Libyans to start their transitional period to establish a better future after the former late Libyan President Muammar Gadhafi was killed by revolutionary rebels. Moussa assured the change will remain a main trait for developments in the Middle East and said the Arab spring countries are on the right track. It is worth mentioning Moussa contributed as the General Secretariat of the League of Arab Countries before he left his position and he released the decision of the air ban on Libya to protect civilians from the oppression of Gadhafi. He said the Libyans gave many sacrifices during their revolution, expressing his confidence that Libya will move forward and will rapidly achieve Libyan demands. Moussa expressed hopes for Libya to transfer to a new phase after the death of Gadhafi by building a new Libya to achieve stability and real democracy.
