CAIRO: Pope Shenouda III, head of Egypt's Coptic Christian Church, received the head of the National Council for Human Rights (NCHR), Boutros Ghali, on Wednesday. Dr. Ghaly expressed condolences to the pope for those killed in the deadly October 9 Maspiro clashes, in which 27 people were killed when clashes erupted between Egyptian military police and a Coptic Christian demonstration.
