Field Marshal Tantawi visits industrial zone in Fayoum

FAYOUM, Egypt – Chief of the Supreme Council of the Egyptian Armed Forces (SCAF) Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi today visited the industrial region in Kum Osheem on the Cairo-Fayoum Road.
The purpose of the visit was for Tantawi to inspect the various factories located there.
This visit is the first of its kind for the SCAF chief following the January 25 Revolution, during which time the ruling military council gained authority over Egypt.
Worth mentioning, Tantawi assured Egypt didn't fall and will not fall. “We'll pass this phase until Egypt reaches stability,” he added.
“We won't listen to those who talk and criticizes us, we won't stop pursuing our goals,” he added after opening the next stage of the complex of chemical production in Fayoum today.
