CAIRO: Former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's supporters protested near Abdeen court, in which an appeal to remove Mubarak's name is being judged. Clashes rose between Mubarak's supporters and passersby. Central security forces tried to put an end to the clashes. Mubarak's supporters said they will hold a protest on Friday. They said the media along with people holding foreign agendas and personal interests are deliberately insulting Mubarak. American and Israeli organizations have prepared to carry a plan that divides Egypt through the January 25 Revolution, they added. "We will protest on Friday at Mustafa Mahmoud Square in order to cancel Mubarak's trial, punish the traitors, restore legitimacy for the people and not Tahrir square, honor Mubarak and put his name back on his achievements and projects," they said.
