Kol of Israel:
Iranian missiles do not only threaten Israel but also threaten Middle East countries along with Egypt and Saudi Arabia, said Israeli President Shimon Peres.
He called to establish an international defense system to deter Iranian missiles, adding the U.S. and the North Atlantic Alliance Treaty (NATO) should adopt this duty, during his visit to Rome.
Yedioth Ahronoth:
Hundreds of Jew right wing extremists and settlers insulted Prophet Mohammed during a big demonstration in Quds. They also insulted Islam and Muslims. The demonstrators raised the Israeli flags in front of media channel cameras.
Israeli troops and police accompanied demonstrators who provoked Arab residents in the Sheikh Garah neighborhood. Residents threw stones at the settlers. Israeli troops detained some of them.
The demonstrators chanted “slaughter the Arabs” and “death for Muslims, burn their countries!”
In other news, the U.S. grants Israel a 400 million EGP (U.S. $67.3 million) to deploy patriot missiles, the iron doom system and magic stick missiles.
In related news, media reports claimed South Korea desires to buy the iron doom from Israel after tension with its southern neighbor.
Maariv:
Former Israeli Chairman of Mossad, Meir Dagan warns Tel-Aviv of confronting Iran since it could lead the region into war. He added Israel should consider the Iranian situation and deter Iran from getting into war.
Regarding the Lebanese Hezbollah, Dagan said Hezbollah's missiles can reach Israel and they will not differentiate between military or civilian targets.
Commenting on the Palestinian reconciliation, he said Israel should make an initiative to keep and protect its interests, and calling Israel to adopt a Saudi Arabia initiative, to provide the normalization with Israel to be carried out if it retreated to 1967 borders including Jerusalem, and establishing a Palestinian state.
Haartez:
The Israeli government decided to evacuate 30,000 residents of Arab Bedouins that are not recognized citizens in Negev. They will be transferred to Bedouin councils near towns like Rahat, Kasina, and Gorah.
U.S. Secretary of States, Hillary Clinton refused to meet with Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman on the margin of Conference of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.
