Gold prices in Egypt declined on Thursday, following losses in international bullion markets, official data showed.
By 15:43 p.m. local time (13:43 p.m. GMT), the price of 24-carat gold had fell 63 Egyptian pounds, or 0.92 per cent, to 6,788.5 Egyptian pounds per gram, up from 6,851.5 pounds at the close on Tuesday, January 6.
Other gold grades also saw similar declines:
