Al-Wasl coach Bruno Metsu believes that the ‘great personality' of Egypt star Shikabala shouldn't go against him. “He's a very strong and skilled player technically," Frenchman Metsu told UAE's Gulf News. “We've maybe heard some of the rumors about his character, but on the contrary I feel he's a great person as a personality and a player. “He has a strong character, no doubt, but that shouldn't go against him. “Maybe we shouldn't talk about Shikabala because of his great fan base with the Egyptian population here!" Shikabala has been impressive for Al-Wasl since making his loan switch from Zamalek in the summer. The midfield wizard has usually been praised by his manager, who once said that he is one of the most talented players in Africa.
