Egypt and Zamalek defender Mohamed Abdul-Shafi could miss this month's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Central African Republic with a dislocated shoulder. Zamalek said on their website that the 26-year-old full-back was injured during the first-leg game against CAR, although he played 90 minutes in Egypt's 3-2 defeat. Abdul-Shafi, who has been Zamalek's first-choice left-back for the past two seasons, overtook the spot from Ahli's Sayed Moawad since Bob Bradley has arrived at the helm. Veteran Moawad could a possible replacement for the former Ghazl Mahalla defender as Egypt visit Central African Republic on June 30.
