Zamalek have agreed to loan out unsettled full-back Hazem Emam to Saudi Arabia's Faisali until the end of the season for $500,000 but the player seems unhappy about the deal. Emam signed for the Saudi side a few days after rescinding his contract with Zamalek, only for the Egyptian FA to overrule the procedure. The Cairo club were set to take the case to FIFA but opted to resolve the problem with Faisali. “The management reached a friendly agreement with Faisali to loan Emam for $500,000,” assistant coach Ismail Youssef told FilGoal.com on Sunday. Super star! Meanwhile, Emam responded negatively to the talks as he questioned the price tag put by Zamalek on his head. “Did I suddenly turn out from an ordinary player into a super star?!” the Egypt international said. “How could Zamalek demand $500,000 when they were willing to loan me out for Ittihad in return for EGP 500,000 at the beginning of the season. “I think $100,000 is a suitable price as they were to receive the same amount should my deal was struck with Ittihad.” Emam, who was a key player in Hassan Shehata's selection before the saga took place last month, recently insisted that he will not play again for Zamalek.
