Ahli and Zamalek were hit by further stadium sanctions by the Egyptian FA in response to their fans' persistent use of fireworks. The FA announced a number of verdicts on Sunday, including one more game for the Cairo duo in the absence of their fans. Ahli, who already play their next home game against Dakhlia behind closed doors, will be hosting Ismaili without their fans on November 18. Zamalek also play Police Union behind closed doors on November 8 as the same ruling applies in their home game with Masri on December 14. Masri were also hit by the same punishment after the violent incidents that marred their home game with Smouha, which means they will host Arab Contractors behind closed doors next month.
