The Zamalek coaching staff was left disappointed by the board's decision to invite former manager Hossam Hassan and his twin brother Ibrahim to the cup final with ENPPI. The Whites' board officially invited the Hassan twins for next week's clash, three months after giving them the sack and appointing Hassan Shehata. Speaking on condition of anonymity, a member of the Zamalek management revealed that the decision could have a negative impact on the team in terms of complacency. “The match is not a festival. We haven't won the cup yet in order to invite anyone to come and watch the game,” the source told FilGoal.com. “We are braced for a big challenge and if we dealt with the match as if it is a festival, there will be a problem. “The players are in full focus and we are trying to preserve this condition ahead of the match, but such acts could have a negative impact on them.” Zamalek are on course to win their first piece of silverware since 2008, when they overcame ENPPI in the final.
