Hamdi bags hat-trick in Ahli's friendly rout

Ahli new signing Al-Sayed Hamdi scored three goals in 14 minutes as the league champions eased to a 7-0 victory over second-division Nabaroh.
Hamdi gave Ahli a 3-0 first-half lead with goals in the 27th, 31st and 41st minutes before being substituted at half time.
Mohamed Fadl, Dominique da Silva, Ahmed Shedid and Walid Soliman completed the drubbing after the break.
Ahli are currently preparing for the new league season after being ousted from the Champions League and the Egyptian Cup this month.
The Reds will face Railways in another friendly next week as they open the season against Harras Hodoud in mid-October.
