Zamalek manager Hossam Hassan will watch his side's next game against Ittihad from the stands for his behavior in the 2-2 derby draw with Ahli, the Egyptian FA said. Hassan rushed to Ahli manager Manuel Jose after the Reds' second equalizer, protesting over the opposition's decision to continue play while two Zamalek players were down. He has been accordingly handed a one-match ban, along with midfielder Hani Saied, who was lucky to stay on the pitch after hitting goalscorer Dominique da Silva in the face. Saied, who is not regarded as a trouble-maker, also tried to break into Ahli's dressing room after the match, in retaliation to what he claimed to be an insult from Hossam Ashour. Saied told Modern Sport TV that the Ahli midfielder insulted his mother while on his way off the pitch, following a straight red card for an off-the-ball altercation with the Zamalek man. In the same context, Ashour has been banned for three matches, which means that his season is over.
