AS Roma captain Francesco Totti chased Lecce's Ruben Olivera who eventually escaped to the tunnel after both players were sent off in Saturday's Serie A game. Montenegro striker Mirko Vucinic put Roma 2-0 ahead with a superb goal but Roma's celebrations were spoiled after Totti received a straight red card for an off-the-ball confrontation with Olivera. Uruguayan attacking midfielder Olivera appeared to have fouled Totti in the build up to the goal. Totti retaliated right after Vucinic found the net with a low shot from a tight angle, pushing Olivera in front of the referee. The official consequently sent off both players, sparking a furious response from the 34-year-old Totti. The former Italy forward had to be restrained by security guards on the touchline after he was about to follow Olivera to the tunnel. Totti will now miss Roma's anticipated derby against arch-rivals Lazio next week.
