CSKA Moscow sprang a big surprise by beating Sevilla 2-1 away on Tuesday to secure a berth in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals. Tomas Necid opened the scoring with a well-placed low effort from the edge of the area six minutes from halftime. Diego Perotti brought the score level two minutes later after sliding past the keeper from close range. Keisuke Honda put the visitors ahead again five minutes from the hour mark upon converting a free kick. The first leg in Moscow ended in a 1-1 draw, which makes the aggregate result 3-2 for the Russian side.
