France captain Thierry Henry will face FIFA's disciplinary committee on Monday to learn his fate over the infamous handball against Ireland. The Barcelona star was guilty of handling the ball deliberately before setting up William Gallas with the goal that sealed France's qualification for the 2010 World Cup. Despite the saga caused by Henry's unsporting act, the 32-year-old is unlikely to be hit with any sort of ban, whereas a fine sanction is on the cards. Henry admitted that his 'instinctive reaction' haunted him after the match, which prompted him to consider retirement last year.
