An Algerian hacker defaced the Egyptian FA website with anti-Egyptian slogans ahead of Saturday's crucial World Cup qualifier between Egypt and Algeria. The top story featured Egypt's flag with the blue Israeli Star of David stamped on it instead of the 'Saladin Eagle'. The hacker, who was infuriated by an alleged attack on Algeria's bus upon their arrival in Cairo on Thursday, published insulting comments about Egypt. "We welcomed you with flowers but you threw stones at our team in your country," he wrote. "You ******* deal with Israel all the time, you are not men." The build up to the anticipated encounter has been marred by repeated verbal spats between both sides. Egypt need to beat Algeria by a three-goal margin to qualify directly for next year's World Cup finals in South Africa. A win by a two-goal margin will set up a playoff meeting with the Desert Foxes in Sudan on Wednesday.
