Algeria and Strasbourg striker Yacine Bezzaz sustained a thigh problem that may rule him out of his country's pivotal World Cup qualifier with Egypt on November 14th. Algerian paper Al-Khaber reported on Monday that the 28-year-old picked up the injury while playing against Metz in the French second division. He was substituted on the hour mark as a result. "I will be treated for three days and try not to rush my comeback," Bezzaz said. "I will feature against (French second tier) Istres on Friday only if I reach full recovery. I want to make sure I will be ready to face Egypt, I can't miss that game. "I think I will fully recuperate before the end of the current week." Algeria also have Karim Ziani and Mourad Meghni doubtful for their anticipated trip to Egypt.
