Former Chelsea winger Arjen Robben predicts that the London club will suffer dearly from the recent transfer ban imposed by FIFA against them. Chelsea are banned from registering any new players until January 2011 for inducing ex-Lens starlet Gael Kakuta to join them in 2007. Bayern Munich new boy Robben believes that the decision will spark the exodus of some big names from Stamford Bridge. "For one of Europe's super powers not to be able to sign a player for two years would be a disaster," the Dutchman told the Daily Mirror. "It would not shock me if players left. Players like John Terry and Frank Lampard love the love the club and they will probably stay. "But I think players who have no long-term relationship with the club may leave. "The top clubs in Europe will be looking at Chelsea players now, and if they want to leave there is not a lot the club can do to stop them." Robben spent three seasons with Chelsea between 2004 and 2007, but his spell was hampered by injuries until he moved to Real Madrid two years ago. The 25-year has finally signed for Bayern after Real's mega signings this summer.
