Zamalek draw 1-1 with Neuchatel

Zamalek drew 1-1 with Neuchatel Xamax of Switzerland in the off-season friendly played on Tuesday.
Striker Sherif Ashraf broke the deadlock on 65 minutes before Nuechatel leveled the score ten minutes later.
The game was part of the White Knights' Swiss training camp, where they earlier lost to Sochaux and beat UEFA Cup champions Shakhtar Donetsk.
Zamalek coach Michel Decastel fielded a number of new faces, who didn't take part against Sochaux or Shakhtar including Sabri Rahil and Ayman Abdul-Aziz.
Brazilian newly-signed striker Anderson was also given his first match in a Zamalek shirt.
The Swiss tactician opted to rest Amr Zaki, Shikabala, Hazem Emam as well as Ahmed Al-Merghani.
Following the game, Decastel said that he was pleased with his players' performance.
