Ittihad Alexandria defender Youssef Abdul-Rahim was overlooked as manager Taha Basri named a 20-man squad for Police Union game in the Egyptian League on Thursday. Abdul-Rahim has just served a 10-day ban and was fined EGP 20.000 for his angry gestures towards Ittihad fans during the 3-2 defeat against Petrojet. He rejoined his side's training a week ago but Basri left him out of the team heading to Cairo for the game. "I am really frustrated," Abdul-Rahim told FilGoal.com on Sunday. "I expected to be called up even if I won't take part in the game." Ittihad youngster Al-Sayed Farid took Abdul-Rahim' spot in the squad. Both Ittihad and Police Union have 15 points. The Cairo side are one spot ahead of Ittihad on goal difference.
