Sion chairman claims conspiracy against his side
Published in FilGoal on 29 - 04 - 2008

Sion chairman Christian Constantin made a shocking outburst against refereeing as he claims that officials 'receive instructions' to rule against his side in the Swiss league.
The performance of referee Rene Rogalla in Sion's recent 2-1 defeat to Young Boys triggered Constantin's rage towards refereeing in general.
Rogalla dismissed two players from Essam Al-Hadari's side, whose president described the decisions as a 'true scandal'.
"I believe we were cheated by Mr.Rogalla, It was a true scandal, he was dishonest," said Constantin.
"There are several ways of being corruptible, maybe money, or other benefits an arbitrator may get. As a promotion for example.
"Sion had been penalized on the basis of TV images before. You can not use video evidence when you want to get off Sion and refuse to use it when we are cheated."
Constantin, whose side lie seventh in the Swiss Super League, believes that his side is particularly being victimized by a higher authority.
"Sion are not considered like any other. The referees can not be neutral with us since they are biased," he added.
"They receive instructions. I am a victim of a crime of dirty mouth. As I am the man to be slaughtered, Sion is the club to be eliminated.
"Our players are massacred and we are told that this is normal. Today, left to be stolen, I'd like to be a fighter."
