Ahli targeting Hilal's Godwin

Ahli marketing manager Adli Al-Qaeyi revealed the club's interest in signing Hilal of Sudan striker Godwin Ndubuisi.
Recent Sudanese reports suggested that the Reds are weighing a $1m offer for the Nigerian forward, and Al-Qaeyi confirmed that talks are on going.
"We are currently in talks with Hilal regarding Godwin, but I will not say any further details until we end negotiations," he told FilGoal.com.
African champions Etoile Sahel, who beat Ahli 3-1 in the Champions League final, are also believed to be in the race for signing the 23-year-old.
However, it is likely that Ahli could win his signature as the Cairo club have reportedly approached Hilal first.
Godwin led Hilal to the Champions League semi-finals for the first time ever this year, scoring eight goals in the process, including two against Ahli and Zamalek.
