Hilal president Salah Al-Din Edris insisted that Nigerian striker Godwin Ndubuisi will not be sold to Ahli, stressing that the Sudanese team do not need to offload their stars. "If Ahli want to sign Godwin then we want to sign Mohamed Abou-Treika" the sarcastic Edris was quoted as saying by Sudanese paper Al-Mashahir. Godwin has been linked with numerous clubs after excelling with Hilal in the CAF Champions League, in which they reached the semi-final. The player's agent Ahmed Abbas has earlier revealed to FilGoal.com that Cairo duo Ahli and Zamalek are tracking the 23-year-old. However, Edris does not have any intention of giving Goodwin the green light to depart. "We have received several offers for our starts, including Godwin, but will turn them down. These players are still tied to the club," he added.
