Egyptian pound inches up against dollar in early Thursday trade

The Egyptian pound edged slightly higher against the US dollar in early trading on Thursday, according to official exchange rate data from major banks.
As of 10:54 a.m. Cairo time (08:54 GMT), the pound was quoted at:
