Every game will be a final, says Capello
Published in FilGoal on 09 - 04 - 2007

Real Madrid boss Fabio Capello expressed his satisfaction with his side's crucial 2-0 victory over Osasuna in the Spanish Primera Liga at Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday, but insisted there is still much to be done for the title.
Los Blancos capitalized from a double slip-up by their title rivals Barcelona and Sevilla who registered disappointing score lines in the 29th week.
However, Capello kept his feet on ground saying that the team must work hard in order to reach the Spanish league summit.
"We're still behind the leader, but we made up ground and played with great spirit, We're improving one match at a time, which is crucial in these decisive matches," Capello told a press conference after the Osasuna game.
"We're going to take each game as it comes, and each turns out to be a final, our upcoming games are very difficult, but we can't slip up. We'll go day by day and not jump ahead of ourselves.
"We're convinced that we can win each game. We don't know if we will be champions, but we're going to try our best."
Meanwhile, the Italian tactician marked his delight with the return of Brazilian midfielder Emerson to form following his miserable season with the Madridista.
"Emerson is adapting and his presence on the team is more noticeable. His contributions are very important," he added.
"He feels better each day and he will do great things in what's left of the season."
Real haven't won any piece of silverware in the last three seasons, and Capello will hope to grab the Spanish league title if he wishes to keep his place at the Bernabeu.
