Al-Saqqa, Abdullah excel as Konyaspor win friendly tournament

Egyptians Abdul-Zaher Al-Saqqa and Mohamed Abdullah combined to register a goal for Konyaspor in their 4-1 victory over Denizlispor in the conclusion of a local friendly tournament on Sunday.
The victory gave Konya the title after bagging 7 points from the victory over Denizili, a goalless draw with Kayserispor and a 2-1 win over Sivasspor.
Egyptian international Al-Saqqa dished out an assist to Abdullah who received the ball in midfield and went on to score Konya's fourth after a brilliant solo effort.
Konyaspor are currently in sixth place in the Turkish Super Lig on 35 points.
