Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger admitted that his side are in no position to claim that they are contenders for the Premiership title after the 3-1 defeat at Bolton over the weekend. "It would be pretentious to say at the moment that we would be champions," the Frenchman was quoted as saying by Arsenal's website on Sunday. "The target is to get the best out of our potential, keep going and see where we finish at the end of the season." Two goals from former Arsenal striker Nicolas Anelka and a third from Abdoulaye Diagne-Faye condemned the Londoners to their third Defeat of the season. The Champions League finalists are in sixth spot, 13 points adrift of leaders Manchester United. Wenger said that his side's lack of experience was one of the main reasons behind the defeat, Arsenal's third at the Reebok Stadium in the last three seasons. "If you look at the back we were aged 22, 21 and 20. Then there was Walcott, 17, Fabregas, 19, Flamini, 22, and Adebayor, 22. It is very young," he said. "The mix between youth and experience has to be right - especially defensively."
