Ismaili manager Mark Wotte demanded to play his next two games at night instead of the scheduled noon time to avoid exhausting his fasting players, the club said Monday. Ismaili are set to file an official request to the Egyptian FA to reschedule Tanta and Tersana on October 13th and 17th respectively. Wotte said he is not sure whether the team will be able to go full throttle during fasting and that Ismaili can't afford losing more points after falling 1-0 to Zamalek. Tersana and Tanta's venues have no appropriate light systems enabling to play matches at night. Egyptian and most of Arab players refuse to break their fast, which lasts from dawn to sunset, on matchdays. There are still three weeks left in the Muslim's fasting month of Ramadan.
