Ismaili board are set to convene in order to submit a request to the Egyptian FA, asking to play the remainder of their league games at the same timing as Ahli. The Dervishes are currently on top of the league table with 54, points two more points and games over second-placed Ahli. The club board are keen not to resume their league campaign before Ahli play their two games in hand first. "We want to have equal opportunities with Ahli, that's why we'll as the FA to hold our remaining games at the same time as Ahli," board member Khaled Al-Tayeb told FilGoal.com. No Renewals From his side, Ismaili president Nassr Aboul-Hassan confirmed that the board have made no recent attempts to renew some of the players' contracts. "Some media reports are trying to distract our players at this critical stage of the season. but we won't talk about contracts until the end of the league," Aboul-Hassan said.
