Bayern Munich were held to a goalless draw by Nuremberg at the Allianz Arena on Saturday to lose the first two points in their Bundesliga campaign. Dutch striker Roy Makaay, German international Lucas Podolski and veteran forward Mehmet Scholl squandered a lot of chances to secure the win. The result put Nuremberg on the summit with seven points, leading Bayern and Schalke on goal difference. Elsewhere, Bayer Leverkusen's Ahmed Madouni headed into his own net in the 70th minute as his side were tied 1-1 by Wolfsburg. Brazilian defender Juan has earlier put Wolfsburg in the lead four minutes after the interval. In another match, Ludovic Magnin, Florian Kringe and Alexander Frei found the net to give Borussia Dortmund a 3-1 victory over Stuttgart. Alemannia Aachen registered their first league triumph when they eased past Hanover 3-0.
