27 Pharaons pour le match de l'Espagne

Le sélectionneur égyptien, Hassan Chéhata, a choisit une première liste de 27 joueurs qui devront disputer le match amical contre l'Espagne à Elche, le 3 juin prochain.
Cette liste sera réduite à 22 joueurs seulement qui feront le déplacement le 27 mai prochain. La formation a témoigné de quelques nouveautés à savoir la convocation de Moustapha Gaafar, l'attaquant de Zamalek, le milieu de Moqaouloun, Chérif Al-Beyali, le latéral droit de Ghazl Al-Mahala, Ahmed Al-Mohamadi et le gardien de Feyenoord Chérif Ekrami.
De même que le défenseur de Masri, Hani Saïd, est de retour en sélection pour la première fois depuis la Coupe d'Afrique des Nations 2004.
D'autre part on a noté l'absence d'Ahmed Hossam Mido, suspendu, et d'Amr Zaki, blessé.
