Roma skipper Francesco Totti is ready to take part in his side's Italian Cup final return-leg against Inter Milan on Thursday after recovering from flu symptoms, coach Luciano Spalletti said. "His temperature has gone down and he has trained regularly," Spalletti was quoted as saying by Football Italia magazine on Wednesday. "It's not easy to decide on whether he should start or come on as a substitute, but Totti is ready for this game," he added. Totti has not featured for the Giallorossi since fracturing his ankle in a league clash against Empoli in February. The Italian international was due to make his comeback against Treviso in the Italian Serie A, but he was ruled out because of flu symptoms. Roma need to score against Inter at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium, as the first-leg ended in a 1-1 draw.
