Tunisia - Murad Teyeb: Tunisian outfit Esperance kicked-off their preparations for the their African Confederation Cup round-of-16 first-leg against Ittihad Alexandria that will take place on Friday. “Winning is our only option, it will guarantee us an easier second-leg. We want to end the first-leg with the biggest goal difference possible and not to concede any goals in our own net, this concerns us greatly,” Esperance head coach Khaled Ben Yahia told FilGoal.com exclusively. “Winning the first-leg without conceding any goals would be a positive aspect for Esperance, and to achieve that we will need to reach a compromise between defense and attacking,” Esperance captain Murad Melki said. Meanwhile, Esperance goalkeeper Hamdi Kasraoui praised Ittihad's performance as a team and praised the team's players' form, fitness and skills' levels, and insisted that their highly-anticipated match is one of the hardest at the start of their Confederation Cup campaign. On the other hand, Ben Yahia also revealed that top-notch defener Khaled Badra was doubtful for the match given his failure to recuperate from an earlier injury. The Egyptian side are expected to arrive in Tunis on Wednesday and start training on Thursday for the match that will be run by a Guinean refereeing panel.
