Libya Airways decided to double their trips heading to Cairo in the coming hours to accommodate the masses of people attending the African Cup of Nations (ACN) opener against Egypt, a Libyan delegation source announced. “The national airways will fly six trips to Cairo from Thursday night to Friday morning. Four will be from Tripoli and two from Benghazi,” the source told Filgoal.com. 28,000 Libyan spectators, owning the match tickets, are expected to back their national team in their opening match against Egypt that will take place on Friday. “There are currently 36,000 Libyans present in Egypt, I think this will create a huge problem if the remaining 8,000 don't find enough tickets,” the source added.
