Ahli and Smouha will vie for the Egyptian Premier League title after securing wins over Petrojet and Zamalek in the final playoff. In the second round of the three-game mini league, record holders Ahli crushed Petrojet 4-0 in Alexandria a few days after beating bitter rivals Zamalek. The out-of-sorts Zamalek lost any hope of competing for the title by losing again, this time 2-1 to Smouha at home. Ahli were inspired by a brace from highly-rated youngster Ramadan Sobhi, while Amr Gamal and Ahmed Raouf completed the rout. Egypt goalkeeper Sherif Ekrami also produced a vintage display, saving a penalty in each half. In Cairo, Smouha registered their first-ever victory over Zamalek with ex-Whites midfielder Alaa Ali and former Ahli defender Ayman Ashraf on target. Smouha and Ahli will meet for the title-deciding match next week, with the former looking for their first-ever trophy. VIDEOS Petrojet 0-4 Ahli Zamalek 1-2 Smouha Ekrami penalty saves
