Ahmed Hassan 'Koka' scored from the spot to help Rio Ave beat Braga 2-1 and qualify for the Portuguese League Cup final for the first time. The Egyptian forward converted a first-half penalty to open the scoring, only for Portugal international Custodio to equalize minutes later. But Bruno Braga won the game for Rio Ave in the second half as Koka featured for the whole 90 minutes.
