Zamalek board member Ayman Younes says that the conditions set by former striker Mido for accepting a role in the club's management are reasonable. After receiving an invitation from his old club to join the first-team's management, the retired Mido set a number of conditions regarding the football committee's authority. "I support Mido's opinion that the football committee should be in control of technical matters, that's reasonable," former Egypt striker Younes told FilGoal.com. "The football committee's decisions were usually refuted by the board and that's what Mido is opposing. I have to say I'm with him. "However, the committee has a chief, who is Hamada Emam. It is him who decides whether or not Mido will be included." Zamalek have been struggling with financial, managerial and technical problems for years, which saw them win a single trophy since 2004. Following the appointment of Kamal Darwish in place of Mamdouh Abbas, the Cairo club are hoping to regain their status as one of Africa's top sides.
