Former Egypt striker Mido set three conditions to accept a managerial role at his beleaguered old club Zamalek. The 30-year-old, who retired from football earlier this year, has been approached by Zamalek as the Cairo club aim to reform their management in an attempt to get through a mounting sporting crisis. While not ruling out a return to his boyhood club, Mido set the record straight that he will only accept a post in Zamalek's football committee in three conditions. Best in Africa "I believe there are some conditions that must be achieved for any supervising football committee to succeed," Mido told FilGoal.com. "In recent years, the football committee had no impact and no authority over the team. If this continues, I have no interest in returning to Zamalek. "First, the club president should prevent any board member from even talking about the first team. "Second, everything related to the first team must be in the hands of the football committee. "Finally, such a committee should consist of no more than three members. "If my vision for Zamalek was achieved, I promise the fans a major revamp in football. Zamalek can be the unrivalled best in Africa."
