Egypt midfielder Shikabala should be fit for the World Cup qualifying playoff against Ghana despite picking up an ankle injury in the friendly win over Uganda. The Zamalek star twisted his ankle in Egypt's 2-0 win earlier this week, which saw him miss the second match against the African minnows on Wednesday. However, Egypt assistant coach Diaa Al-Sayed said that the playmaker was only rested as a precaution. "There are no injuries at all in our camp. Shikabala and everyone else is OK," Al-Sayed told Al-Hayat TV after the friendly win over Uganda. Egypt boss Bob Bradley will cut his squad ahead of the trip to Kumasi next week, with 11 Ahli players and 10 foreign-based internationals expected to join in. The first leg of the decisive tie takes place on October 15.
